Rates are negotiable and depend on several factors such as the number of rooms, size of the common areas, if there is outside cleaning help, and if there are extra duties such as gardening and pet care.
The basic daily fee includes the following services:
- Checking in and checking out guests
- Taking reservations
- Breakfast preparation, serving and clean-up
- Daily banking and shopping as needed
- Light housekeeping of common areas
- Freshening rooms of stay-overs
- Laundering of guests’ sheets and towels
- Documenting phone messages
- Written Innsitter report
Additional fees will be charged for:
- complete room and bathroom cleaning
- cleaning oversize whirlpool tubs
- pet care if a lot of time is involved
- gardening
- ironing
